This position will be responsible for preparing financial statements. Prepare and distribute audited and unaudited subsidiary financial statements in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the U.S. Key experiences include preparing financial reports, consolidated financial statements, cash flow statements, and working with footnotes. Experience with multi-level consolidations and GAAP is a plus. Minimum 4 years professional experience with focus on G/L accounting; public accounting experience highly regarded. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. Active CPA (or considerable progress towards certification) preferred. Detailed position description available on request.
